These are the Valentine's Day gifts Bennett is giving to his fellow pre-k classmates tomorrow. We baked brownies in cupcake papers with hearts which read "Be Mine". We covered them in chocolate icing, then placed a Dove milk chocolate heart on top. We then boxed a pair of brownies in wedding favor boxes lined with heart tissue paper, tied red ribbon around the box, put puffy heart stickers on the box to make it a little more festive, and then attached a pink cut-out heart with the following poem:
"It's Valentine's Day--time for loving and caring.
A 'sweet' for a sweet friend--one for you, one for sharing."
It was not a difficult nor expensive project, and Bennett is quite pleased with them.
